The Cape Coast Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Samuel Yaw Antwi, has charged church leaders to promote and encourage personal devotions as an avenue in repositioning the local church to possess the nations. According to the Executive Council Member, the local church should be seen as the focal point for the implementation of Vision 2023, which is the 5-year strategic plan of the church. “Church leaders must, therefore, consider reviewing and strategizing activities of the local church towards this implementation,” he stated. A newly-constructed road at Ntobroso in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti Region was used by some farmers to dry cocoa beans. SIM cards that have been linked to Ghana Cards but not done the second phase of registration will be blocked from accessing data services on November 20 and completely deactivated on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. The Communications and Digitalisation Minister, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, announced this in a statement issued on Friday, November 11. She said an announcement will be made on measures to accommodate persons who do not have Ghana Cards to register their SIM cards. This is expected to take place after ongoing consultations have been completed, she noted.
