17-Year-Old Girl Miraculously Rescued From Kidnappers After Intense Prayer

In what many are describing as a divine intervention, 17-year-old Princess Koomson, a student at Odorgonno Senior High School in Accra, was rescued from kidnappers on Saturday, June 14, 2025, after a week-long ordeal. The second-year SHS student was abducted on June 7 while waiting for a trotro (commercial vehicle) near Pentecost Junction in Ablekuma to go home. According to Princess, she was lured into a 4-wheel drive by men who claimed to be heading in her direction. She later regained consciousness in a dark room with two other girls and several armed men, believed to be of Nigerian origin. The kidnappers demanded a ransom of GHS 30,000. The event served as a living expression of Christ’s love and compassion, with a focus on reaching individuals in the streets, especially those often overlooked or marginalised.
