Neuralink released a nine-minute video in which the patient, who is paralysed below his shoulders, appears to move a cursor across a laptop screen with nothing but his thoughts. A New York City medical school will offer students free tuition following a $1bn donation from the 93-year-old widow of a major Wall Street investor.
