The Twifo Praso Area of The Church of Pentecost has organised a National Discipleship and Leadership Development Committee (NDLDC) seminar for presiding elders, Bible study leaders, and other church officers.
The day’s seminar, which was held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Asikafo Assembly auditorium in Twifo Praso, was chaired by the Area Head, Apostle Lawrence Otu-Nyarko.
Presentations focused on key areas such as transforming Bible study groups into effective discipleship groups, integrating guests into the local church, as well as effective Bible study and home cell facilitation skills.
The sessions were facilitated by Pastors Frank Larbi, Eugene T. Duodu, and Peter Sackey, respectively.
Addressing the participants, Apostle Otu-Nyarko urged them to put the lessons and insights gained from the seminar into practice to help advance the work of the church and contribute towards the attainment of the Vision 2028 agenda.
The participants expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Area Head for organising what they described as a timely and refreshing seminar.
An open forum was held to address challenging issues and concerns raised by participants.
In all, 180 officers attended the seminar.
Also present were Pastor Paul Mensah, Area Secretary; members of the Area pastorate, and Elder Emmanuel Amoah, Agona Swedru Area NDLDC Secretary, among others.
