The Deputy Minister for the Interior and Member of Parliament for the Lower Manya Krobo Constituency, Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi, has commended The Church of Pentecost for its continuous contribution to national development, moral upbringing, and societal transformation.
He made the remarks today [May 1, 2026] at the foundation stone laying service for the Agormanya Central Auditorium and Area Offices Project.
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Terlabi described the ceremony as more than the commencement of a physical infrastructure project, noting that it represents the strengthening of a spiritual home that will serve generations to come.
“Today marks not just the beginning of a physical structure, but the strengthening of a spiritual home for the benefit of many generations to come,” he stated.
The Deputy Interior Minister praised the church for its impact beyond the pulpit, highlighting its role in promoting moral values, supporting education, fostering peace, and contributing to national growth over the years.
According to him, the influence of the church continues to be felt in communities across the country through its commitment to discipline, social responsibility, and spiritual guidance.
Hon. Terlabi further encouraged the church to remain steadfast in its mission and continue supporting the nation through prayers and other meaningful contributions toward national development.
He expressed confidence that the Agormanya Central Auditorium and Area Offices Project would not only serve the church community but also positively impact the wider society through spiritual and social transformation.
