The Evangelism Ministry Director of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr. Amos Jimmy Markin, has expressed that the leadership of the Church prays for not less than 10,000 souls to be reconciled to God through faith in Jesus Christ.
Apostle Dr. Markin, who also serves as an Executive Council Member of the Church, made this statement today [June 30, 2024] during the official launch of the “Greater Accra Unleashed” Crusade at the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC) dome in Kokomlemle, Accra.
He emphasised that the event would be unprecedented, resulting in a powerful move of the Holy Spirit in the country.
The weeklong crusade will include various activities such as house-to-house evangelism, sports evangelism, film evangelism, open-air rallies, dawn broadcasts, market and lorry station evangelism, street evangelism, placard and tract distribution, digital media (social media) evangelism, and medical outreach.
Additionally, the campaign will target shops, schools, prisons, hospitals, ghettos, and more.
According to the Crusades Coordinator of the Evangelism Ministry, Pastor Frank Awuah Fordjour, the activities will culminate in a four-day crusade at the Black Star (Independence) Square from August 20 to 24, 2024.
The “Greater Accra Unleashed” Crusade was officially launched by Apostle Dr. Dieudonne Nuekpe, La Area Head and Executive Council Member, together with Apostle A.N.Y. Kumi-Larbi (Ashaiman Area Head and Executive Council Member) and Apostle James Asare (Kasoa Area Head and Crusade Committee Chairman).
Also in attendance were other Area Heads, ministers, ministers’ wives, Evangelism Ministry leaders, and members of the Church.
