
23 Church Buildings Submerged In Water In Akosombo Dam Spillage Flooding
Twenty-three church buildings belonging to The Church of Pentecost, a leading global Pentecostal church, have been submerged in water in the Volta Region following the controlled spillage of the Akosombo Dam.
Other church facilities like mission houses, particularly the one in Mepe, one of the worst-hit communities, have also been sunk in the flood waters.
Meanwhile, about ten other assemblies in some districts in the Sogakope Area have been cut off from the reach of the members.
