Delivering a sermon on Tuesday morning at the Heads’ consultative session preceding the 46th General Council Meetings currently underway at the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC), Gomoa Fetteh on the theme: “Who is Holding your Hands & Whose Hand are you Holding,” Apostle Quaye quoted scriptures from 2 Chronicles 26:5-15, Luke 5 and Psalm 44:3 to support his message. Popular American Gospel musician Ron Kenoly has revealed that he has plans to become a resident and citizen of Ghana. Speaking to 3News at the 2023 Harvest Praise he explained that aside from tracing his roots to the country, Ghana is also really welcoming especially to diasporans. Ron Kenoly noted that although he had come to Ghana for the event, one of his primary goals was to get the process of obtaining a permanent residence started. “My purpose of being here is to become a resident of Ghana and eventually become a citizen of Ghana. Ghana confirms invasion of dangerous new mosquito breed

The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has confirmed the invasion of a new breed of mosquito more dangerous than the anopheles. The new breed known as Anopheles Stephensi, is also a malaria-transmitting mosquito, very invasive, spreads faster, and can adopt to a myriad of climate conditions according to the World Health Organization. GHSe has established its presence in Tuba and Dansoman, and has warned residents to protect themselves. The Anopheles Stephensi first invaded Africa in 2019, the countries include Ethiopia Sudan, Somalia, and Nigeria and unfortunately confirmed in Ghana just this March.
