The Ashaiman Area of The Church of Pentecost has begun a four-day outreach that started Wednesday, February 18, and will run through to Saturday, February 21, 2026.
Day One of the Ashaiman for Christ Crusade was nothing short of glorious. The atmosphere at Lazio Park at Zenu was charged with heartfelt worship, fervent prayer, and a powerful Word that stirred many hearts. Lives were touched, souls responded to the altar call, and a strong sense of expectation filled the air. Indeed, it was a beautiful beginning to what is already unfolding as a life-changing moment for Ashaiman.
The programme is centered on the theme, “Jesus Came to Seek and to Save the Lost” taken from Matthew 9:11-13 and Luke 19:10. The focus is clear and simple, sharing the message of salvation with the Ashaiman community and creating space for people to respond.
Hosting the crusade is Apostle Alexander Nana Yaw Kumi-Larbi, Area Head, supported by respected ministers, including Apostle Francis Yaw Adu (Nsawam Area Head), Apostle Emmanuel Gyesi-Addo (Retd) – former Missions Director of the church, Apostle Samuel Nana Yaw Agyei (Sakumono Area Head), and Pastor K. Antwi Boasiako (Retd).
Each evening from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, Lazio Park becomes a gathering ground for worshippers, seekers and families. The open space transforms into a sanctuary of praise, prayer and powerful preaching.
Morning sessions are also taking place at Zenu Central, JMT and Michel Camp Central auditoriums from 8:00am to 11:00am. These gatherings provide additional opportunities for teaching, prayer and personal ministry.
Adding to the spiritual intensity are anointed gospel ministers including Kweku Teye, Akesse Brempong, and Ruth Adjei, alongside Zion Praise/Ewe Troope and various choirs within Ashaiman leading the congregation into deep, powerful moments of worship.
Beyond the main venue, the mission continues through strategic market and ghetto evangelism across major markets, ensuring that the saving message of Christ penetrates every corner of the community.
The crusade will conclude on Saturday morning with a free medical screening at Lazio Park. This outreach is aimed at supporting members of the community with basic health checks.
As the crusade unfolds, expectations remain high for miracles, healings, restored families, salvations, and a fresh revival fire across the community.
