The Achimota Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle David Tettey Tekper, has admonished Ministers of the Gospel to make a steady effort to excel in the ministry to which God has assigned them.
Apostle Tekper made the call at the Heads’ Session of the 46th Session of the General Council Meetings at the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC), Gomoa Fetteh, on Monday, May 1, 2023.
Referring to 1 Timothy 1:12 and Proverb 31: 29, Apostle Tekper said ministers of God must be special kinds of people if they are the ones God is going to use for His work on earth.
He added that there are a lot of ministers called by God into his vineyard and for that matter, they have to strive hard for excellence.
He reiterated that desiring to encounter God more must always be the focus for all men of God. He therefore, urged Ministers of the gospel to concentrate on the work of God with a pure heart, and a renewed mind to enable them to set their priorities right as people sent by God.
