Chairman Nyamekye Calls On Believers To Prioritise Prayer In Their Lives
The Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, has highlighted the critical importance of prayer in the life of the believer.
According to him, in Luke 11:1, where the disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray, they were not interested in the visible miracles or successes of Jesus’ ministry, but in the foundational practice (prayer) that sustained Him.
He said this on Wednesday, October 29, 2024, in a sermon titled, "Teach Us How to Pray," during a gathering of elders at the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC) – Kokomlemle, Accra.
“To pray is the greatest thing one can do, especially for those seeking revival in their lives,” Apostle Nyamekye stated, stressing on the role of prayer in personal and spiritual transformation.
