The General Secretary of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Alexander Nana Yaw Kumi-Larbi, has charged Christians to return to the ‘Day of Pentecost’ which is accompanied by the manifestation and power of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers. According to the General Secretary of the Church, Pentecost is the outpouring of the Holy Ghost with evidence in speaking in tongues, bearing fruit of the Spirit and operating with the gifts of the Spirit. The Black Stars of Ghana commenced their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers on a bright note after earning a comfortable 3-0 win over Madagascar at the Cape Coast Stadium on Wednesday. Goals from Mohammed Kudus, youngster Felix Afena-Gyan and substitute Osman Bukari in the second half were enough to hand the Stars a deserved dominant victory at home. The awards ceremony which was organised recently by the Ministry of Health at the Holy Family Hospital at Techiman in the Bono East Region coincided with the celebration of the International Day of the Midwife.
