Over 288,000 New Persons Join The Church Of Pentecost

About 300,000 persons joined The Church of Pentecost in 2022 through various evangelistic outreaches undertaken by the Church throughout the country. In fulfilment of the divine mandate bestowed upon the Church by Christ, The Church of Pentecost embarked on 298,936 evangelistic outreaches across Ghana in 2022. As a result of these outreaches, a total of 288,248 souls were won for the Lord through the efforts of church members. 209,283 of the souls were baptised in water, representing 72.6% of the total number won. Among the various evangelistic strategies adopted nationwide were monthly classes, crusades, rallies, Gospel Sundays, house-to-house visits, event outreaches, specialised ministries (Muslims, sports, Rastafarians, hospitals, Persons with Disabilities, commercial sex work...

The Kaneshie Area Prisons Ministry of The Church of Pentecost has organised a 3-day crusade concurrently at the Nsawam Medium Security Prison, Nsawam Female Prison and Nsawam Camp Prison. The Pre-Easter crusade was held from March 31 to April 2, 2023, under the theme: “Jesus Christ! God’s Perfect Sacrifice that has brought Eternal Salvation” (Hebrews 7:23-28). It was aimed at leading the inmates to Christ and demonstrating the love of Christ to them through fellowship and donations. The crusade yielded a total of 51 souls out of which 37 converts were baptised in water.
