The Wa Area Women’s Ministry of The Church of Pentecost celebrated this year’s Mother's Day on Sunday, May 11, by extending love and support to the inmates of the Wa Central Prison. As part of the celebration, the women donated assorted essential items, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, gari, sugar, boxer shorts, and slippers, to help address some of the inmates' pressing needs.  The team received a warm welcome from the officers of the Ghana Prison Service, who expressed profound appreciation for the ministry’s continued support. Ho Area Organises Easter Convention For Prison Inmates

The Ho Area of The Church of Pentecost has organised a three-day Easter Convention at Ho Central Prisons aimed to minister hope, redemption, and the message of Christ’s death and resurrection to the inmates and officers through worship, teachings, and humanitarian support. The convention, which took place from April 11-13, 2025, was on the theme, ‘Jesus Is Hope For Your Future’ (Jeremiah 31:17, John 11:23-26). Through prayer sessions, scripture expositions, and vibrant worship, participants were engaged in a transformative spiritual experience.
