Pastor Odoom Supports Over 200 Vulnerable Children At Kasoa New Market

The Centre Manager of the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC), Pastor Prince Odoom, who is also the Resident Minister of Yesu Krom Worship Centre in the Kasoa Area of The Church of Pentecost, has demonstrated remarkable compassion and generosity by spearheading an initiative to support over 200 vulnerable children and adults at Kasoa New Market.  Collaborating with the March-born members of his congregation and the Children’s Ministry, Pastor Odoom organised the provision of meals and financial aid for the beneficiaries on March 30, 2025. First Batch Of 71 Emerging Leaders Graduate

Seventy-one converts, won through the activities of the Home and Urban Missions (HUM) of The Church of Pentecost, have successfully completed the Emerging Leaders training programme and graduated. The novel training model, initiated by the National Co-ordinator of HUM, Apostle Emmanuel Agyei Kwafo, began in 2024 with about 400 participants. However, after rigorous selection and training processes, only 71 individuals completed the programme and were awarded certificates. The Berekum Area of The Church of Pentecost emerged as the top-performing administrative area of the Church in 2022. Apostle Eric Nyamekye, the Chairman of the Church, announced this at the 46th General Council Meetings of the Church held at the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC), Gomoa Fetteh, held from May 3-5, 2023. The Offinso and Obuasi Areas followed closely behind Berekum, retaining their impressive rankings from 2021.
