The Tamale Area Head and Coordinator for the Northern Regional Coordinating Committee (NRCC) of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle John Kobina Budu Tawiah, has urged ministers and their wives to prioritize cultivating humility in their work. According to him, humility is the only way to be effective and fruitful in their calling. “Theological and other academic achievements alone do not make an effective minister; rather, humble service, often nurtured through mentorship and practical experience in the field, plays a crucial role in ministry,” he said. Apostle Tawiah made these remarks as part of his admonition on the third day of the just-ended Ministers and Wives Conference at the Radach Lodge in Tamale. Drawing on his personal experiences and scriptural teachings, specifically...

Each year, the leadership of The Church of Pentecost organises a conference for ministers and their wives, and this year's event was no different. Held at the regional level, the 2025 Ministers and Wives' Conference (MWC) was saturated with divine euphoria, offering ministers and their wives a week of prayer, fasting, and spiritual renewal. This conference brings newness of grace, ministerial commitment, and a refreshment of divine strength and ability. As a minister in the Brong-Ahafo region, I attended the conference in Sunyani. The Regional Coordinating Committee (RCC) Coordinator for the Bono-Ahafo Region, Apostle James Gabrail Quardson, served as the chairman. A member of the Executive Council of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Sylvester Arhin, who also serves as the Coordinator of the Western Regional Coordinating Committee (RCC) of the church, disclosed this during a sermon to climax the Western Regional RCC Ministers and Wives’ Conference at the Akroma Plaza Hotel in Takoradi on Friday, January 24, 2025. Evil Hands Cannot Carry The Ark of God – General Secretary

Ghana News, Pent TV, Pentecost News
Apostle Samuel Gyau Obuobi, the General Secretary of The Church of Pentecost, has warned ministers and wives of the Church that "Evil hands cannot carry the Ark of God." His warning came during his message on Day 5 of the Ministers and Wives Conference for the Eastern Region, where he addressed the theme: "The Lost Glory - The Causes." Speaking to the gathering, Apostle Obuobi cautioned that engaging in sin causes ministers and wives to lose the Kabowd, the glory of God, which is essential for an effective ministry. He stressed that it is not enough to simply hold ministerial titles; what matters most is the condition of one's heart and relationship with God. Referencing the story from 1 Samuel 4:10-11, the General Secretary reminded the congregation that the Ark of the Covenan...

Apostle Danzerl made these remarks on January 22, 2025, during the Greater Accra Regional Ministers and Wives’ Conference at the Pentecost Convention Centre, Gomoa-Fetteh. The Axim Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Daniel Mireku Gyamera, strongly believes that intense prayer backed by action will lead to the realisation of Vision 2028, the 5-year strategic vision of The Church of Pentecost. ‘Vision 2028 is attainable in your local church/district, but until it is driven by prayer, it will not be achievable,’ he said. Apostle Gyamera made this statement while speaking at the Western & Western North Regional Ministers and Wives’ Conference at the Akroma Plaza Hotel in Takoradi on Tuesday. Delivering a paper on the topic, ‘The Characteristics of the Unleashed Church,’ he indicated that Vision 2028 will be driven by a fierce wind orchestrated by God.
