As part of activities marking the 2025 Easter Convention, the Gomoa Kyiren District in the Winneba Area of The Church of Pentecost organised a general health screening exercise on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Gomoa Sampa Durbar Grounds. The screening focused on various common health conditions prevalent in local communities, including blood sugar levels (Diabetes), H. Pylori, prostate screening, breast examination, fibroid detection, and more. In addition to the screenings, participants received professional counseling and consultations, with initial diagnoses provided to help address any medical conditions identified. The Twifo Praso Area of The Church of Pentecost has concluded its 2025 Easter Convention in a splendid manner, winning a total of 141 souls, out of which 107 were baptised in water. The convention, which was held under the theme, ‘That I May Know Him And The Power Of His Resurrection’ (Philippians 3:10), took place at Twifo Praso D/A B & C Basic School Park, from Wednesday, April 16 to Sunday, April 20, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Area Head, Apostle Lawrence Otu-Nyarko. Climaxing the convention was the ordination of 86 new officers of the church, comprising 20 elders, 23 deacons, and 43 deaconesses.
