The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) has introduced round-the-clock banking services at the Tema Port. This move aligns with Ghana’s newly launched 24-hour economy initiative, aiming to boost efficiency and support businesses operating beyond traditional working hours.
In the move to enhance sports operations and support around-the-clock trade, ADB has begun offering 24-hour banking services at the Ghana Port and Harbour Authority. The initiative allows importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to pay handling charges any time, any day or night. Managing Director Atto Sarpo says that the service complements the government’s 24/7 economy agenda by boosting productivity, job creation, and value addition. The bank also plans to extend the service to other locations nationwide. With its new tagline, Beyond Banking, ADB aims to redefine customer experience with innovative time-saving solutions across Ghana’s economic sectors.
