The Winneba Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Daniel Nii Tetteh Tackie, has been honoured with the Lifetime Kingdom-Based Award by the Giving Life Foundation at the Central Legends Honours and Awards ceremony.

The event was held at the Jophus Anamoah-Mensah Hall, University of Education, Winneba, on Sunday, March 2, 2025, under the theme, ‘A Prestigious Celebration of Dedicated Services and Leadership.’

The award recognises individuals who have made a significant impact in their communities, with awardees selected through extensive research conducted by the Giving Life Foundation.

A total of 27 distinguished personalities in the Central Region were honoured for their leadership, service, and contributions to humanity. Among them was Apostle Tackie, who was acknowledged for his dedication to community transformation and spiritual leadership.

Speaking after receiving the award, Apostle Tackie dedicated it to Apostle Eric Nyamekye, Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, citing his visionary leadership and commitment to the ‘Possessing the Nations’ agenda. He credited Apostle Nyamekye’s leadership for birthing Vision 2023 and Vision 2028, which have shaped the church’s mission to transform society through the gospel.

‘This award is dedicated to Apostle Eric Nyamekye,’ he remarked. ‘His vision has shaped our mission, inspiring us to extend the influence of Christ beyond the walls of the church into every facet of society.’
