Through the activities of the Other Sheep Ministry (TOSM), the Mampong Area of The Church of Pentecost has recorded remarkable evangelistic gains, adding 135 persons of other faiths to the Church between July and November 2025. Out of the total number won, 78 have so far been baptised in water, with an equal number receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit. These outcomes follow sustained, targeted evangelism carried out in predominantly Muslim communities across the Area.
According to Pastor Luke Sei Nemen, the Mampong Area Coordinator for TOSM, the ministry’s success is the result of intentional outreach strategies and strong leadership support. He commended the active participation of the Mampong Area Head, Pastor Kojo Anomah, particularly during the November outreach, noting that his involvement greatly strengthened the team’s efforts and inspired the workers on the field.
Pastor Nemen explained that the Other Sheep Ministry is strategically positioned to advance the gospel among persons of other faiths and cultural backgrounds, in line with the Church’s vision of “Possessing the Nations.” He said the newly baptised converts have begun integration processes within the various Assemblies, where discipleship structures are being put in place to help them grow steadily in their new-found faith. He added that follow-up activities and teaching sessions will be prioritised to ensure the converts are well grounded and supported during their transition into the Christian community.
Providing a detailed account of the ministry’s operations, Pastor Nemen disclosed that 53 souls were won from July to September 2025. Out of this number, 18 were baptised in water, while 7 received the Holy Spirit baptism. The intensified outreach in October and November yielded an additional 82 souls, with 60 undergoing water baptism and 13 receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit. He described these figures as evidence of what God can do when the Church steps boldly into unreached communities with compassion and the message of Christ.
The Mampong Area leadership has expressed gratitude to all TOSM workers, local assemblies, and volunteer evangelism teams whose dedication contributed to the harvest. The ministry remains committed to expanding its reach and strengthening its discipleship systems to ensure lasting transformation among new believers.
