The Jubilee Park in Bolgatanga erupted with prayer, worship, and deep spiritual awakening on Friday, December 5, 2025, as Apostle David Amankwaa, Bolgatanga Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, declared that only the Gospel of Jesus Christ holds the true solution for the challenges facing today’s generation. He made this emphatic proclamation during the Bolgatanga Area Mega All-Night and Crusade.
Preaching on the theme “The Power of the Gospel,” with references from Romans 1:15–17, 1 Corinthians 15:1–4 and Luke 4:18, Apostle Amankwaa warned that modern society is drifting into moral confusion, spiritual emptiness, and increasing brokenness. According to him, the Gospel – anchored on the suffering, death, burial, and resurrection of Christ – remains the only force capable of rescuing humanity from these growing crises.
He described the Gospel as shameless, powerful, saving, universal, righteousness-imparting, and transformational, insisting that no human philosophy, government system, social reform, or technological advancement can transform the human heart the way the Gospel does.
“The Gospel is still God’s power to save, to heal, and to restore. If our generation will turn back to it, we will see true transformation,” he declared, drawing loud applause and shouts of agreement from the thousands gathered.
Apostle Amankwaa further urged believers to boldly proclaim the Gospel without fear or compromise, saying the world today needs authentic witnesses who “stand firmly on the truth they have received.”
The Mega All-Night, characterized by intense prayer, worship, and testimonies of divine intervention, ended with widespread recommitments to Christ and renewed determination among attendees to carry the Gospel into their homes, communities, and workplaces.
