The Tema Area of The Church of Pentecost successfully hosted the National “Other Sheep” Ministry Seminar on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the J.W. Sackey Memorial Temple in the Community One District. The event, chaired by the National Coordinator, Evangelist Abraham Addae Agyemang, brought together 103 participants from all 23 Districts in the Area, creating a vibrant atmosphere of learning, fellowship, and evangelistic zeal. Also in attendance was the “National Go Ye” team, whose presence added further significance to the programme.
The programme featured a series of insightful presentations. Evangelist Agyemang led the first session, focusing on “One-Minute Evangelism” and providing an overview of the mandate and operations of the Other Sheep Ministry. His presentation opened the floor for fruitful discussions and contributions from participants, enriching the learning experience. Pastor Solomon Yennumi Dong, the Tema Area Coordinator for the ministry, delivered an equally engaging presentation titled “Jesus in the Qur’an,” offering participants valuable insights for effective Christian witness among Muslims. Pastor Dr Suleman De-Graft Issaka, a member of the National Executive Committee, shared a powerful personal testimony of how he encountered Christ through a simple Gospel tract, having previously been a devout Muslim. His story served as a compelling reminder that every soul is winnable and encouraged participants to approach evangelism with confidence and compassion.
A key highlight of the seminar was the practical evangelism session. Participants were grouped in fives and deployed across Community One for an hour-long outreach. By the grace of God, 73 souls were won during this exercise, marking a significant spiritual impact and underscoring the effectiveness of the teachings received.
At the close of the programme, organisers expressed profound gratitude to God for a successful seminar and reaffirmed their commitment to sustain the momentum generated. They pledged that the fire ignited during the event would continue to burn, inspiring ongoing evangelistic activity across the Tema Area.
