Apostle Sylvester Arhin, the RCC Coordinator for the Western Region and Takoradi Area Head, has asserted that God has made eternal life available for all, however this divine life is found only in Jesus Christ!
Apostle Arhin said this when he preached yesterday at the “Central Region for Christ” crusade at the Cape Coast Jubilee Park.
In his sermon, the Takoradi Area Head emphasized that Jesus Christ is the sole source of true life and salvation, while highlighting the devastating effect of sin and the transformative power of Christ to deliver humanity.
Using Mark 1:40-45 as his scriptural foundation, he recounted the story of a leper who, despite societal rejection, approached Jesus in faith and was miraculously healed.
This, he explained, serves as a powerful reminder that no matter the depth of one’s struggles, Jesus has the power to cleanse, restore, and grant newness of life.
Apostle Arhin issued a solemn warning: “Sin leads to eternal separation from God. Like leprosy, it may start small, but it eventually consumes and destroys. Sin is a death sentence.”
He urged all present to reflect on the leper’s story, recognizing it as an invitation for all—regardless of past mistakes—to approach Jesus in faith and experience His life-changing touch.
In a passionate call to salvation, Apostle Arhin proclaimed: “Jesus is willing; He will touch you and make you whole. Run to Him!”
He further admonished the congregation, stressing that Jesus Christ is the only antidote to whatever leads to eternal damnation.
“God has eternal life for His children, and this life is found in His Son, Jesus. Run to Him! Eternal life and the forgiveness of sins await you.”
With great fervor, he continued, “The touch of Christ heals, delivers, and completely transforms. He is the only answer to the burdens of sin. Run to Jesus for salvation, newness, hope, and healing!”
As he concluded his message, the altar was opened for those who sought salvation, reinforcing the central theme that Jesus remains the ultimate giver of abundant and eternal life.
The evening was marked by divine encounters, including the miraculous healing of a woman who testified to the power and glory of God.
