Samuel Henry Cudjoe from the Audit, Monitoring, and Evaluation (A.M.E) Department at The Church of Pentecost Headquarters in Accra, and James Anane, a driver at the Abuakwa Area Office in the Ashanti Region, are the co-recipients of the prestigious Chairman’s Best Worker Award for 2024.
The award ceremony took place during the climax of the 2024 Headquarters Management and Staff Retreat held from December 10-13, 2024, at the Pentecost Convention Centre (PCC), Gomoa Fetteh.
The Chairman’s Best Worker Award is an annual recognition given to two employees (selected from the Headquarters and the Area Office) who demonstrate exceptional performance and professionalism in their roles throughout the year. Nominees are selected by their Heads of Department (HODs) based on a set of rigorous criteria that reflect commitment, diligence, and outstanding contributions to the church’s mission.
In addition to the Best Worker Awards, the Organisation also recognised other staff members who have served the church for 10 years or more. These individuals received Long Service Award certificates as a token of appreciation for their dedication and loyalty.
