The initiative was carried out by two mission teams. The first team comprised members from the Presbyterian College of Education, Akropong-Akuapem, and the Presbyterian Women’s College of Education, Aburi, who ministered in the Agormanya Area from May 3-11, 2025. The event, which took place on May 10, 2025, aims to expand evangelism efforts among Francophone migrants in Greater Accra. As part of its mandate, the Home and Urban Missions focuses on expatriates and African migrants, many of whom come from French-speaking countries. The Mark Ofosu Ampadu Jnr (MO-AJ) Foundation has commissioned a bus stop in commemoration of the fifth anniversary of the passing of the late Mark Ofosu Ampadu Jnr.  Mark, a vibrant young man with dreams and aspirations, tragically lost his life in a road accident at just 29 years old. He was a beloved member of the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC), Sakumono. As heavy rains wreak havoc across Accra and other parts of Ghana, the Executive Director- Finance and Admin. of Sunu Assurance, Mr Gideon Sosu, is sounding the alarm on the country’s low adoption of property and flood insurance, which continues to leave homes and businesses vulnerable to financial ruin.  In an interview with Pent News following the recent floods, Mr Sosu lamented that many affected properties could have been protected had their owners secured even basic insurance coverage.  ‘In developed countries like the UK and the US, these protections are often embedded in rent. In a practical demonstration of Christian love and community support, the Senya Beraku District Minister in the Winneba Area of The Church of Pentecost, Pastor Eric Owusu, and his family have donated 82 school uniforms to pupils of AME Zion A and B, and D/A ‘A’ Basic Schools at Senya Beraku in the Awutu Senya District of the Central Region. Forty-two uniforms were given to pupils of AME Zion A and B, while 40 went to D/A “A,” totaling GH¢7,690.  The gesture, which was part of their commitment to the ‘Possessing the Nations’ agenda of The Church of Pentecost, was inspired by the wife of the pastor, Mrs Esther Owusu, a teacher at AME Zion A.
