The Home and Urban Missions (HUM) of The Church of Pentecost in Takoradi Area, in partnership with Mckeown Assembly in the Effiakuma District, has organised its first event: “2024 Christ for All Missions Ghetto Outreach Fun Games and Health Screening,” for the residents of Effiakuma Zongo. The event, held under the leadership of Pastor William Tettey Lartey, the Effiakuma District Minister, took place on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Alata Park in Effiakuma. The Market Church service will be held every Sunday to help propagate the gospel to traders and all people who patronise the market on Sundays. The love of God was demonstrated when members of the Tema Community Four District Evangelism and Women's Ministries of The Church of Pentecost recently visited Akuse Female Prison in the Eastern Region to fellowship and donate assorted items to the inmates. Welcoming the church, Assistant Director of Prisons (ADP) Mrs Joyce Annor Owusu gave an overview of the prison's current state and led the team on a tour of the facility.
