The Other Sheep Ministry (TOSM) of The Church of Pentecost, in collaboration with the Abeka Area, has paid a courtesy visit to Muslim leaders in Fadama to promote peace and interfaith harmony as Ramadan draws to a close.
The delegation, led by the TOSM Coordinator, Evangelist Abraham Addae Agyemang, together with the Abeka Area Head, Apostle Anthony Mensah, pastors and their wives, visited the Fadama Muslim Chief, Sheikh Abass, and the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr Usman Nuhu Sharubutu, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
The visit was to convey goodwill, offer prayers and express appreciation to God for sustaining them through the period of fasting, while also acknowledging the peaceful coexistence between Christians and Muslims in Ghana.
The delegation prayed for God’s guidance and continued revelation for the Muslim leaders and their families. They also donated food items and cash to support them as they prepared to end the Ramadan fast.
In response, Sheikh Abass and Sheikh Dr Usman Nuhu Sharubutu expressed gratitude for the visit and emphasised the importance of unity and peaceful coexistence among people of different faiths.
Also present was Sheikh Aremeyaw Anas, who commended the initiative and noted that Ghana’s model of religious tolerance and harmony should serve as an example to the world. The visit forms part of TOSM’s ongoing commitment to interfaith engagement, peacebuilding and the promotion of societal transformation in line with the vision of The Church of Pentecost.
