Under the leadership of Apostle Emmanuel Agyei Kwafo, the Ho Area of The Church of Pentecost, successfully conducted a Special Ministers and Wives Outreach, resulting in 860 souls being brought into the kingdom, comprising 614 adults and 246 children. The outreach, a strategic initiative of the Area Head, was executed in two sessions.
The first session ran from November 19 to 23, 2025, covering Boso, Kpalime, Dzemeni, and Tongor Lakeside (Overbank), while the second session took place from November 26 to 30, 2025, reaching Adaklu Agblefe and Adaklu Waya. This exercise forms part of the Aggressive Evangelism program in the Ho Area, carried out under the theme, “Unleashed to Save the Never-Dying Soul.”
Speaking on the vision behind the outreach, Apostle Emmanuel Agyei Kwafo, an Executive Council member of the Church and RCC Coordinator for Volta and Oti Regions, emphasized that the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18–20 remains a foremost command for all Christians. He noted that the call to “go and make disciples of all nations” applies to ministers and their wives, who must lead by example in reaching lost souls. He stressed, “As ministers and wives, we must show the way and pursue lost souls wherever they can be found, delivering their body and soul from the power and influence of the kingdom of darkness.” The Apostle also revealed that this outreach marks the first of many planned initiatives for ministers and wives in the Area, with a minimum of two sessions scheduled annually.
The outreach, organized in partnership with PENSA Lower Volta Sector, employed diverse evangelistic strategies including dawn broadcasting, house-to-house visits, school outreaches, ghetto evangelism, cinema outreach, rallies, and market missions. These efforts yielded significant spiritual impact, with 245 individuals receiving water baptism, 145 experiencing the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and five new Assemblies established. Many participants also received divine healing during the various sessions.
In addition to spiritual ministrations, a free health screening program was conducted across all centers, benefiting 479 people. The initiative not only addressed the physical well-being of participants but also reinforced the holistic approach of the Church in ministering to both body and soul.
Through this outreach, the Ho Area demonstrates its commitment to aggressive evangelism and the equipping of ministers and wives to actively participate in God’s mission. The event serves as a model for future initiatives aimed at advancing the kingdom of God and reaching every soul in the region.
