Apostle Albert Amoah (Retired), a former General Secretary of The Church of Pentecost, together with his wife, Justice Julia Adjei Amoah (Retired High Court Judge and currently the Chief of Staff at the Ga Mantse’s Palace in Accra), has donated a KIA Sportage vehicle valued at GH₵150,000.00 to the Abura Gyabankrom District of the Church.

The donation was made on Easter Monday, April 21, 2025, during a brief but significant presentation ceremony held at the couple’s residence in Abura Egotsia Kokodo, Apostle Amoah’s hometown in the Central Region.

Presenting the keys, Apostle Amoah expressed profound gratitude to God for His grace and provision, even in retirement. He emphasised that the gesture was a way of supporting the work of God in the District. He also encouraged the users of the vehicle to take good care of it and prayed that the purpose of the donation would be fully realised to the glory of God.

Receiving the keys on behalf of the Church, the Mankessim Area Head, Apostle Isaac Kofi Annan, thanked God and the donors for the timely and generous gesture. After inspecting the vehicle and praying over it, he handed it over to the District Minister, Overseer Bismark Bekoe, who also expressed heartfelt appreciation to the couple.

This donation comes as a major boost to the Abura Gyabankrom District, which has existed since 2001 without a dedicated vehicle. Earlier this year, in February 2025, the District had attempted to raise funds for the purchase of a vehicle through offerings, but the amount raised fell far short.

The unexpected gift from Apostle Albert and Justice Julia Adjei Amoah (Retired) has therefore brought great joy and relief to the leadership and members of the District.
