In a significant show of support for the missions enterprise of The Church of Pentecost, the Mountain View Worship Centre in the Kasoa Area has made a generous donation to the International Missions Office at the Headquarters in Accra. Led by the Resident Minister, Pastor Samuel Acheampong, a delegation from the Worship Centre, on Friday, October 4, 2024, presented a variety of items, including 20 bicycles valued at GH₵ 12,000.00, 23 half pieces of cloth, several bales of clothing, footwear, and an unspecified amount of money. The School Outreach Ministry (SOM) of Poyentanga District in the Wa Area of The Church of Pentecost has renewed and registered 980 students and their parents onto the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS). According to the District Minister, Overseer Bright Alanyo, the 2-day exercise, which benefited 15 basic schools in 11 communities in the district, was organised to help people with financial constraints have access to free healthcare.
