The Kaneshie Area of The Church of Pentecost, under the leadership of Apostle Daniel Dekpor, has launched the November 2025 Aggressive Evangelism Month at the Kaneshie Worship Centre in Accra. The colourful launch, held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, was graced by the Evangelism Director of the Church, Apostle Emmanuel Kwesi Appiah, together with the Area Pastorate and other ministers.
In his address, Apostle Appiah explained that official letters had been dispatched to all Area Heads across the nation to inaugurate the Evangelism Month, signalling the start of an intensified soul-winning campaign throughout the Church. He commended the Kaneshie Area for their enthusiasm and prayed for a renewed passion for evangelism across the continent of Africa. He also urged all Christians to embrace evangelism as a divine responsibility.
The November Aggressive Evangelism Month, themed “Unleashed to Go and Tell Everyone, Everywhere,” and dubbed “One Member, One Discipled Soul,” draws inspiration from Luke 10:1–2, Mark 16:15–20, and John 1:41–42. According to Apostle Appiah, the initiative seeks to equip and unleash every believer to share the gospel wherever they are – be it in markets, schools, workplaces, or communities – affirming that God can use anyone regardless of their background or social status.
“The initiative centers on equipping and unleashing every member to reach out to others for Christ,” he emphasized, adding that the vision is rooted in the Church’s divine mandate to make disciples of all nations.
He further disclosed that planned activities for the month include house-to-house evangelism, crusades, street outreaches, dawn broadcasts, social media campaigns, and sessions for water and Holy Spirit baptism. He noted that follow-up and discipleship strategies have also been outlined to nurture new converts and sustain ongoing evangelistic efforts.
Among the dignitaries present were Elder Evans Ayim (Deputy Director, Evangelism Ministry); Apostle Professor Joseph I. T. Buertey (Resident Minister, Kaneshie PIWC); Pastor Musah Yahaya (Secretary, Evangelism Ministry / Resident Minister, Kaneshie Worship Centre); Pastor Joseph Appiah Tah (Kaneshie Area Evangelism Leader / Bubuashie District); Pastor Samuel Awujah (Kaneshie Area Secretary / Darkuman District); Pastor Samuel Kofi Yeboah (Adwenbu District / Kaneshie Area HUM Coordinator & PEMEM Leader); Pastor Anane Yeboah (Bubuashie North District); and Elder Lawyer Ken Aboah (Trustee, The Church of Pentecost).
