As part of the “Possessing the Nations” agenda of The Church of Pentecost, the Yennyawoso District Evangelism Ministry carried out a hospital evangelism outreach at the True Vine Hospital in Kumasi.
The outreach, held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, aimed to share the Gospel of Christ with patients and staff while offering prayers for their well-being. The effort yielded significant results, as one individual gave their life to Christ during the event.
In addition to providing spiritual support, the ministry paid the medical bills of two discharged patients, amounting to GHC 2,000.00. They also distributed hampers containing Milo, sugar, milk, and bread to every patient admitted at the time.
The ministry further donated essential supplies to the hospital, including detergents, toiletries, two packs of toilet rolls, and five packs each of bottled and sachet water.
Speaking to PENT NEWS, Elder Ernest Amoah Kwarteng, the District Evangelism Ministry Leader, explained that their acts of kindness were inspired by Scripture, which calls on believers to reflect Christ’s love to those in need.
The hospital’s management, staff, and patients expressed profound gratitude to the ministry for their support and generosity.
The delegation for the visit included Elders Bismark Agyemang (District Evangelism Assistant Leader), Benjamin Ebenezer Asamoah (District Evangelism Organiser), and Deacon Seth Boampong (District Evangelism Secretary), along with some local Evangelism Ministry Executive Members.
Elder Anthony Anane, the District Finance Chairman, was also part of the delegation.
