A four-day crusade organised by the Tepa Area of The Church of Pentecost, dubbed ‘No Jesus No Life’ (1 John 5:11-12) as part of the November Aggressive Evangelism in the Area, has ended with 49 souls won for Christ. Twenty-five of the new converts were baptised by immersion.

The crusade, which took place November 6-8, 2024, at the Tepa New Station was marked by a series of activities, including Holy Ghost and healing sessions, ‘Jesus March’ through the principal streets, medical outreach, house-to-house, and personal evangelism.

Prior to the crusade, several activities were conducted, including seminars for the ministers, Gospel Heralds/Ushers & Counselors, fasting and prayers in August and October 2024, and ‘Jesus March’ through the principal streets of the Tepa Municipality.

The Tepa Area Head, Apostle David Nii-Addo Pappoe, in a sermon to open the crusade on Wednesday stated that anyone who does not have Christ does not have the life of God in him. This life, he said, is called the ‘Zoe life.’

He explained that when one receives Christ, he becomes a new creation and that death and sin have no control over him again, saying, ‘In fact, he has passed on from death to life and darkness into light.’

Pastor Enoch Mensah, Tepa-Beposo District Minister, speaking on Thursday said Christ is the giver of eternal life. According to him, Jesus Christ is the only accredited saviour of the world, and there is no one else like Him.

He averted that God will judge humanity one day and that whosoever believes in Jesus shall not attract the judgement and wrath of God.

Pastor Stephen Larbi, the Tepa Area Evangelism leader, climaxed the crusade on Friday, speaking to the main theme ‘No Jesus No Life.’ He also espoused that salvation is available for all who call upon the name of Jesus and believes in Him.

Health screening and blood donation was also organised on the Saturday morning following with house-to-house and one-on-one evangelism.
