The Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Dr Eric Nyamekye, has worshipped with members of the Church in the Philippines, calling for unity in diversity and a renewed commitment to making Christ known to the world.
He delivered the exhortation during the Church’s Wednesday evening service on October 21, 2026, where he emphasised that the Church is one family, united by a common purpose despite differences in culture, race and background.
Apostle Nyamekye explained that the Church’s mandate is to teach Christ, lead believers to obey His Word and transform the world through the Gospel. He urged members to embrace their responsibility to build the Church and faithfully fulfil its mission.
He further stressed the importance of welcoming people from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds, noting that unity and mutual acceptance are essential to building a Church that will stand the test of time.
Also present at the service were Evangelist Yaw Osei Anning, Regional Missions Coordinator for East and South East Asia; Pastor Samuel Yeboah Asare, National Head of The Church of Pentecost in the Philippines; Mrs Eunice Yeboah-Asare; and other church leaders and members.
The visit coincided with Apostle Nyamekye’s participation in the Pentecostal World Fellowship Advisory Committee meeting held in the Philippines.
